air conditioning morning juice dirty linen unanswered questions

the room had air conditioning which was good. staff provided a croissant and juice each morning, thats nice.

the bed linen wasn't clean, i saw stains on it. also, contacting them by text was difficult, several questions went unanswered.

Really good Stay, Highly Recommended!

Giordano was very kind and helpful. He provided many recommendations for restaurants in the area. The room included necessities such as a mini fridge and a coffee machine. I found good natural light. The room was serviced daily. I didn't expect that. It had all I needed, including a few snacks for a simple breakfast.

The location is a bit far from popular shopping areas and main restaurants.

The guesthouse is very well situated near public transportation, including the Roma Termini station. Important landmarks like the coliseum are also nearby. There is lift access to the rooms on the upper floors.

A Vietnamese restaurant with good food and decent prices is located on the ground floor. I found a supermarket Conad and several restaurants a short distance away. This made dining options very accessible and convenient!!!
